Apple Oatmeal with Kiwi
Ingredients
for 1 portion
- 1 bag of Apple Oatmeal
- 1 tbsp Boost Mix
- 125 g plant-based yoghurt
- 120 ml oat or almond milk
- optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- half an apple, grated or cut into small cubes
Topping:
- 1 kiwi, diced
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients (except the apple) for the oatmeal in a glass jar and stir everything together, set aside
- Grate or cut the apple into small pieces and add them to the jar
- Stir everything well, close the jar with a lid and place in the fridge
- Add your topping in the morning and you're done!
