Apple Oatmeal with Kiwi

Ingredients

for 1 portion

  • 1 bag of Apple Oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp Boost Mix
  • 125 g plant-based yoghurt
  • 120 ml oat or almond milk
  • optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • half an apple, grated or cut into small cubes

Topping:

  • 1 kiwi, diced

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the apple) for the oatmeal in a glass jar and stir everything together, set aside
  2. Grate or cut the apple into small pieces and add them to the jar
  3. Stir everything well, close the jar with a lid and place in the fridge
  4. Add your topping in the morning and you're done!
