Preparation is key! Get your groceries and prepare some of the food this weekend. That way you can start next week stress-free.
Groceries
This is what you need for your breakfast in the week of August 12:
- 360ml oat or almond milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 250g coconut yoghurt
- 125g Skyr
- 1 mango
- 2 passion fruits
- 125g blueberries
- 60g raspberries
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Meal Prepping
Make a double batch of the Banana Oatmeal recipe and store in 2 jars for Monday 8/12 and Tuesday 8/13.
On Tuesday you prepare the base for the Kickstart bowl for Wednesday 14/8 and Thursday 15/8.
