Meal prep
Preparation is key! Get your groceries and prepare some of the food this weekend. That way you can start next week stress-free.
Groceries
This is what you need for your breakfast in the week of August 5:
- 125g raspberries
- 60g kefir or plant-based yoghurt
- 300g Greek yoghurt
- 4 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 180ml almond or oat milk
- 1 apple
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lime
- Handful of fresh mint
- 1 small banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 125g blueberries
Meal Prepping
Make 2 portions of the Vanilla & Raspberry Oatmeal and store in 2 jars for Monday 5/8 and Tuesday 6/8
On Wednesday 7/8 you prepare the basis of the Muesli overnight for Thursday and Friday.
