Mango, Yogurt and Chocolate Granola Parfait

Looking for a breakfast that's quick, healthy, and packed with flavor? Meet this Mango Yogurt Chocolate Granola Parfait! The perfect combination of creamy, fruity, and crunchy, it'll help you start your morning feeling delicious and energized 🌅.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of chocolate granola (40g)
  • Half a ripe mango or frozen mango cubes 🥭
  • (Optional) a pinch of ground turmeric
  • 4 tablespoons full-fat yoghurt (approx. 150g)
  • (Optional) for the topping: a handful of mango pieces, fresh mint leaves 🌿

Preparation

1. Peel the mango, cut it into smaller pieces and blend until smooth. If you use frozen mango, defrost the cubes in the microwave. For some extra color and health benefits, you can add a pinch of turmeric 🌟.
2. Take a glass or jar and make layers of the mango mousse and yoghurt 🥄.
3. Add the chocolate granola for the perfect crunch! If you like, top it off with some extra mango chunks and mint leaves. Enjoy! 🎉
