Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oatmeal

Looking for an easy, nutritious breakfast that you can make ahead? This Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oatmeal is perfect for busy mornings. The recipe combines the savory flavor of cinnamon with the sweet freshness of apple and the creamy texture of oats, enriched with collagen. A perfect start to your day, packed with fiber and protein.

Ingredients (1 serving)

- 1 bag of Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal (40g)

- 1 or 2 tablespoons boost mix

- ½ apple, grated or diced

- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

- 150 ml milk of your choice (e.g. almond milk or regular milk)

For the topping:

- ½ apple, cut into small cubes

- 1 tablespoon almond butter (crunchy or smooth) or peanut butter

- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

1. In a bowl or sealable jar, mix the vanilla collagen oatmeal with the boost mix, grated apple, cinnamon and milk. Put this in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or leave it overnight).

2. When ready to eat, stir well and add the apple cubes, almond butter and a pinch of cinnamon as a topping.

Tip: Make these overnight oats in a jar and take it to work or school for a healthy breakfast on the go or at the office. Fancy a warm start to the day? Heat the oats briefly before serving.
