Instant oat flakes with vanilla collagen . The ideal sports breakfast!

Collagen is an important protein in the body. It has many benefits. Specifically for the elasticity of the skin and hair. The oatmeal has a delicious vanilla flavor and contains no less than 13g proteins per portion.

Did you know that oatmeal is an excellent source of: vitamin B, various amino acids (= building blocks), calcium (hello strong bones), magnesium (= better sleep) and silicon (for beautiful nails and hair)? It is also very rich in fiber and is highly recommended as a post-workout breakfast.

Delicious as an overnight oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of Boost Mix, 100ml plant-based milk and 2 tablespoons of yogurt
The oatmeal has a vanilla flavor. Ideal for baking dishes or heating up in a saucepan.

Ingredients: OAT flakes, hydrolyzed collagen peptide, aroma, sweetener (sucralose)

May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, sesame, nuts, soy and milk.

Preparation

– Microwave: add 2 sachets (80g) with 120ml (plantbased) milk in a bowl, stir briefly and place in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at 700W. Add fresh fruit.

– Overnight: add one serving with 80ml (plantbased) milk and 1 or 2 tablespoons of yoghurt in a jar, stir well and let it swell overnight. Add fresh fruit.

– On the stove: Add 2 sachets (80g) with 150ml (plantbased) milk and a mashed banana in a saucepan, stir regularly and let simmer until the desired consistency (until the oatmeal is creamy and thickened).
