View your subscription (and other orders) in your account. Here you can customize everything to your liking.
ADD PRODUCTS
You can add any products to your subscription.
Go to the shop and choose your product you wish to add, select the subscription option and the button “add product to existing subscription” will appear, check it and choose your active subscription.
On your account page, you can also very easily add or delete products from your subscription by pressing the cross next to the product.
PAUSE & REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION
Other plans? Pause your subscription whenever you want.
Press ‘Pause until a certain date’ and choose for how long you want to pause your subscription.
CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
Go to your account and click on subscriptions. View your active subscription. Click cancel, your subscription has been discontinued.

Yes! You can definitely pay with bancontact, even for subscriptions.
What if I am not home when my box is delivered?
You will automatically receive an email with shipping information as soon as we have processed your package. Via this e-mail you can very easily note your delivery preferences. The courier delivers your box wherever you want: in the garage, in front of the door or at the neighbors' for example.
You can also always designate a service point during the ordering process or have the box delivered to your work.
Didn't you see the shipping email? No problem! The letter carrier will leave a bill in your box and the parcel will be dropped off at your nearest Bpost office.
