These are the terms and conditions for the Arthur’s Breakfast Box webshop.

Belgium €6, free shipping from €39.99

France and Germany € 25, free shipping from € 100

When the subscription is renewed, the amount will automatically go out of your account. You can stop or pause the subscription at any time through your account page or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Chargebacks will not be accepted if the order is already in order or has already been delivered. If you request a chargeback via SEPA without submitting an official complaint, you will be charged for the initial order plus the €7.50 chargeback fee within 5 business days of notification of chargeback. If the amount is not refunded on time, we will charge a 10% administrative fee. Have questions? If so, contact us at email@example.com.
Belgium: order before 10 pm and you will receive your package the next working day (Monday – Friday). If you order on the weekend (Friday-Saturday-Sunday), you will receive your package on Tuesday.
Netherlands: delivery within 2 working days after ordering.
For other countries within Europe it can take up to a maximum of 5 working days.
Deliveries should not be signed off, but should be accepted. If you cannot attend, please provide an alternate address, such as your work address. On the day of delivery you will receive an email from Bpost with the time slot, you can add an instruction for the letter carrier via the delivery preferences on the email from Bpost if you wish the package to be left somewhere on your property, with a neighbor or a colleague. In these cases, we are not responsible for loss or damage. If the letter carrier could not deliver the package to anyone, you will be able to pick up the package 24h later at your nearest post office.
As a customer, you have the right to return products up to 14 days after receiving the order. We ask that you forward your complaint to us within 2 weeks at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product is unopened and not damaged, we will take it back. We have the right to refuse a refund if we suspect products have been opened or damage has been done by a third person.
