A healthy version of our favorite snack when we were young.
1 bag of Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies
4 tablespoons yogurt of your choice (Greek, soy , vanilla or coconut)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- Dip the chocolate chip cookies in the espresso.
- In a jar, make a layer of dipped cookies, top with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and repeat. To finish, sprinkle the top with cocoa powder.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool or eat immediately.
Make it taste good!
