Breakfast Banana Split is the ideal summer breakfast to start the day. It’s simple, delicious and ready in no time. Sometimes I also dare to eat it for dessert, with a scoop of ice cream. Sssttt don’t tell anyone.
Ingredients (1 serving)
What do we all need to?
- 1 banana
- 2 heaped tablespoons Greek yogurt or skyr
- 1 bag of Muesli Natural
- Handful of mixed berries
- Finish with a “drizzle” of honey or maple syrup
How do we get started with the preparation?
- Cut the banana in half lengthwise.
- Place banana halves on a plate, top with yogurt, granola, berries and a dash of honey or syrup.
