Breakfast Banana split

Breakfast Banana Split is the ideal summer breakfast to start the day. It’s simple, delicious and ready in no time. Sometimes I also dare to eat it for dessert, with a scoop of ice cream. Sssttt don’t tell anyone.

Ingredients (1 serving)

What do we all need to?

  • 1 banana
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Greek yogurt or skyr
  • 1 bag of Muesli Natural
  • Handful of mixed berries
  • Finish with a “drizzle” of honey or maple syrup


How do we get started with the preparation?

  1. Cut the banana in half lengthwise.
  2. Place banana halves on a plate, top with yogurt, granola, berries and a dash of honey or syrup.

Couldn’t be easier, right?


Breakfast Banana Split is an easy and nutritious breakfast. In addition, of course, you can add other oatmeals .
