Breakfast, snack or dessert – a slice of home-made banana bread always tastes good. The baking mix is completely sugar-free so it is important to use overripe bananas and add some extra sweetener if necessary.
- 2 slices of banana bread (baked as per baking mix instructions with extra date pieces)
- 1 tablespoon almond nut paste
- Half a banana in slices
- 1 bag of Granopops
- Spread the nut spread over the banana bread slices. Prefer warm banana bread? Then warm them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Top with banana slices and sprinkle some Granopops on top. Enjoy!
TIP: Also delicious with peanut butter and jam!
