For this list, I compiled 8 of my favorite healthy breakfast bowls.

Some of these are deliciously sweet like the strawberry/banana breakfast bowl and others are a more savory, protein-packed way to start your day. Whether you’re a fan of chocolate, berries or oatmeal, you should be able to find a few recipes here that are perfect for you. I even managed to convince my vegan friends.
So, which breakfast bowl is your morning favorite?

If you’re rushing through the morning trying to get out the door on time, breakfast should be quick.
Luckily, you can make this smoothie bowl in 5 minutes sharp. Below is the smoothie recipe

You’ll need a frozen banana, a cup and a half of strawberries and a half cup of unsweetened coconut milk.

Then just throw them in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and garnish with berries, chia seeds, banana slices or whatever you like.

It’s a sweet, quick way to start the day. An easier smoothie recipe doesn’t exist.

2. Breakfast bowl with granola and yogurt

Here’s another 5-minute recipe for those of us who are always in a hurry in the morning.

There is no cooking involved. You just start with yogurt and pile everything on top. This breakfast bowl is really easy.

There are a few different variations, including the yogurt bowl with raspberries or chocolate, the bowl with peanut butter…There are also plenty of different granolas you can use; sweet honey, chocolate, matcha and more.

Get loose and try them all!

3. Acai Breakfast Bowl

The Acai bowl is a cool, refreshing way to wake up in the morning.

It contains milk, yogurt, frozen acai puree and any fruits, berries, nuts or granola you want to add.

You’ll have it ready in minutes and you can easily modify the recipe.

Want a healthy, vegan, gluten-free dish with lots of fiber and ready in 10 minutes?

This peanut butter banana oatmeal is the answer. Seriously, my mouth is watering just looking at it.

The oatmeal serves as a warm, thick base.

Once you mix the peanut butter and sprinkle it with bananas, chia seeds and sea salt, it becomes a meal you don’t want to miss.

You can also drizzle your bowl with maple syrup for an extra bit of sweetness.

I love this bowl because I can stack it full of all my favorite tropical fruits, berries and have a beautiful, colorful breakfast bowl that is ready in 10 minutes.

I love colorful and pretty dishes, and this breakfast bowl is both.

Best to make the dish just before bedtime. This way your breakfast is nice and creamy and fresh.

It’s also super delicious with nuts and dried fruit. But if you want you can also add fresh fruit like apple, banana, mango and more.

It is soft, creamy and delicious.

Plus, the chia seeds and granola I add make me feel like I’m doing something good for my body! Win-win!

7. Bircher Muesli Overnight Bowl

This is one of my favorite fall recipes.

  1. Mix the granola and hot water in a bowl. Set aside and soak for 15-20 minutes (or overnight).
  2. After this time, add the grated apple, yogurt, raisins and cinnamon, mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Your Bircher granola is ready to eat!
  4. Finish with your favorite toppings
